I was adopted in 1953.
You, like myself, may think you were adopted because your birth
parents did not want you. This is not always the case, and many
birth parents are also looking for their children, who may have
been given up against parental wishes.

I was lucky. Last year a sister of mine, a sister I had no idea
I had, contacted me. She had been raised in Canada.
